Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment information.

You may not use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. User Content

If you post, upload, or share content through our Services (“User Content”):

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with our Services

  • You represent that you have the rights to share that content

  • You agree not to post anything unlawful, offensive, or infringing

We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our discretion.

7. Waiver of Liability for Classes, Events, & Activities

By participating in any activity offered by Stay Wild LLC—including but not limited to in-person classes, online classes, workshops, retreats, events, or any movement-based, physical, or interactive experiences—you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Participation involves certain inherent risks, including injury or illness

  • You are voluntarily participating and assume all risks related to your participation

  • You are physically fit and have consulted with a medical professional before participating, if necessary

  • Stay Wild LLC, its owners, instructors, affiliates, and partners are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damages that may occur as a result of your participation

You hereby release and discharge Stay Wild LLC from any and all claims or liabilities arising from your participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those third parties.

9. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stay Wild LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use (or inability to use) our Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stay Wild LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services means you accept the changes.
