1. Digital Products & Online Content

  • All sales of digital products, courses, downloads, and memberships are final.

  • Due to the nature of digital content, once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded, no refunds will be issued.

2. Classes, Workshops & Events

  • Cancellations by You

    • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled start date may be eligible for a full credit toward future services.

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable and not eligible for credit, unless otherwise stated.

  • No-Shows

    • If you do not attend a scheduled class, workshop, or event without prior notice, no refund or credit will be issued.

  • Cancellations by Stay Wild LLC

    • If we must cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered either a full refund or credit toward a future date.

3. Physical Products (if applicable)

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

4. Special Promotions or Packages

  • Bundled services or promotional offers are non-refundable once any portion has been used.

  • Any included bonuses, credits, or discounts are forfeited if a partial refund is granted for exceptional circumstances.
